Refund & Lead Time Policy

Made-to-Order & Custom Production

We do not mass-produce stock. Every item is made to order or specially sourced upon purchase confirmation. This includes:

​

• Handcrafted leather shoes and boots

• Custom-designed bags and accessories

• Branded or personalised corporate orders

• Natural hides, including sheepskins, cowhides, and game skins
   

We primarily serve individual clients, boutiques, and companies looking for high-quality, small-batch or branded leather products.

Production Lead Time

​

Because each order is custom made or carefully sourced, please allow a minimum lead time of 3 weeks.

 

This ensures:

​

• High-quality material selection and craftsmanship

• Proper curing and treatment of skins (where applicable)

• Custom branding or finishing (if requested)

• Thorough quality control and packaging
   

Please note that larger or highly customised orders may take longer. Any changes to estimated delivery times will be communicated as early as possible.

Sizing & Custom Shoe Orders

​

If you are ordering a custom-made shoe or boot, please ensure that you provide the correct size at the time of order. As each pair is crafted specifically for you:

​

• There are no exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing

• We do not offer reworks or “do-overs” on custom shoes

• Standard sizing charts are provided for reference, but we strongly encourage you to double-check your measurements or consult with our team if you’re unsure

Once production begins, all sizing choices are considered final.

No Refunds or Returns

​

Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our goods, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on:

​

• Leather goods (shoes, bags, belts, accessories)

• Custom-made or branded items

• Sheepskins, cowhides, and other skins

• Corporate or bulk orders

Natural materials like leather and hides may vary slightly in colour, grain, or texture. These are considered features of authenticity, not flaws.

If there is a defect or error in craftsmanship on our part, we will gladly assess and work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

Corporate & Bulk Orders

​

For large orders or custom sourcing of hides, please plan ahead and allow sufficient time for production and delivery. Branding, embossing, and dyeing of skins are available upon request and may affect timelines and pricing.
